立法院臨時會開議多日，連續多日熬夜、超時，國民黨立委陳宜民在臉書發文說，無法坐視約聘雇議事人員被「凹很大」，無止境加班，希望北市勞動局到立法院勞檢。
北市勞動局長賴香伶今天早上參加記者會，被媒體問到此事時表示，立委因為工作、黨團決議等關係，之後會不會像昨天開議這麼久，她也不確定，還是希望立院人事部門做好相關人員妥善調度、安排，至於是否會勞檢，她不予回應。
勞動局指出，立院議事廳有公務員、勞工，分別適用不同保障法律，原則上勞動局的確可以到立院勞檢，但要視是否有違法情形或人員檢舉，且依法勞動局不能告知社會大眾何時會勞檢，主要還是盼主管機關做好內部自主管理。1050727
